Can't Afford Free?

Purchase a perpetual license for gist

Strange as it sounds, some organizations can’t afford open source software. Something in their policies or strategies doesn’t allow them to abide by the terms of an attribution license. Some don’t want to give credit to others; some want to change all the names to conform to their own naming standards; some just have policies prohibiting it.

Whatever the reason, if you are in such an organization, we have a program for you.

Over the past ten years, we have invested well over $100,000 worth of our time in developing gist to where it is now. For those of you who choose not to abide by the Creative Commons Attribution license, we offer a one-time perpetual license to use gist for $10,000. This is a small fraction of the costs you would incur in attempting to build something like this yourself.
