Fran Clark Fran has spent the last 20 years involved in semantic exchange and representation of information. He has had technical leadership positions at Intel, Boston Gas, University of Vermont, UNUM and John Hancock; and conducted enterprise projects for clients such as GTE, IBM, AIG, Liberty Mutual, Washington State, Major League Baseball and General Electric. Recently, as VP of Technology at Swingtide, he led the design and development of a software product for modeling and monitoring service oriented architectures.
